SPRINTER, ADVANCED PERSONAL TRAINER, STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH, GROUP EXERCISE INSTRUCTOR AND EVENT GROUP DEVELOPMENT ATHLETICS COACH
Liam has a passion and hobby for Athletics since he is was 13 years old and been involved with Fitness throughout his life. He has learnt from various Sprints Coaches from grass root to the elite whilst applying to his own knowledge in Fitness and Sport that he trains and coaches to others today. He is available mobile for Personal Training and in Gyms for Strength and Conditioning. As well he run's Group Exercise Classes under Express Group Training in the local community. REPs Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach, REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer Award, REPs Level 3 Sports Conditioning, REPs Level 3 Diploma in GP Exercise Referral, REPs Level 3 Adapting Exercise for Ante and Post Natal Clients, REPs Level 3 Older Adults, Active iQ Level 2 in Mental Health Awareness, CYQ Level 2 Physical Activity for Children, CYQ Level 3 Nutrition for Physical Activity, Advanced Boxercise Instructor and Youth Strength and Conditioning Coach.
UKA Event Group Development Coach Including Sprints and Hurdles, Jumps, Endurance and Throws, UKA Disability Inclusion Training, UKA Anti-Doping Awareness and FA Level 1 in Coaching Football.
BA Hons Sports Studies, Duke of Edinburgh’s Award at Gold Level and First Aid
