S&C Courses/Workshops
We provide S&C Courses/Workshops for Youths and Adults focusing on the fundamentals and foundations as well as advance specific for Speed, Agility and Plyometrics. We also cater for Learn 2 Lift and Olympic Weightlifting on the basics and advance. Including Couch 2 5k from beginners, intermediate and advance levels. All of our S&C Courses are inclusive from Youth to Adults together which age groups are run from 9* to 17 years of age and over 18 years of age. The Workshops run on a limited basis for S&C such as Sprints, Endurance, Jumps and Throws for both Youth and Adults. A perfect example is our Sprints Academy Facebook Group which is Free to join for all the hints and tips, general advice, etc, go and check them out!
During the Course(s), we may conduct Performance Testing as before and after, as well as the option to claim a Free S&C Fitness Program**. Prices vary on age range between Youth and Adults which can be found on the bookings website online. Otherwise, checkout the preview of the courses available.
*9 is the accepted age if they will be turning 10 before 31st August of the School Academic year in Year 5 only.
**S&C Fitness Program are customisable for every individual based on their ability and age in some courses available. However you may expect the Fitness Program to be given to everyone as a group such as lifting basis.
